E-Books & Audiobooks:

Didn't receive your download link?

  1. Check your spam/junk/promotions folder to see if your email from BookFunnel (the company who will send you your download link) is in there. If it's not ...
  2. You can get your book from your BookFunnel library. Simply use your email address to login at my.BookFunnel.com/login. (If you purchased the eBook with your PayPal account, your login will be your primary PayPal email address.)
  3. Need more help? Send an email to help@bookfunnel.com
  4. You will hear back right away from a real, live person. The folks over there are wonderful!

Print Books:

  1. You will receive a confirmation email about your order.
  2. As soon as our distributor has packaged and shipped the book, you'll receive another email with a tracking number.

How do I download my book?

E-Books & Audiobooks:

OPTION #1

  1. When you purchase an eBook or audiobook from us, you'll receive an email from BookFunnel.
  2. Click the download link inside the email.
  3. The link will take you a download page. After you click the "Get My Book" button, it will ask you where you want to read (or listen) to your book. (On your Apple device, your Android, your Kindle, Nook, etc.)
  4. Click on the device of your choice and you'll get your book!

OPTION #2

  1. You can get your book from your BookFunnel library. Simply use your email address to login at my.BookFunnel.com/login. (If you purchased the eBook with your PayPal account, your login will be your primary PayPal email address.)
